Asset Manager: Located in Alexandria, VA supporting a military affiliated client. Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required.
Responsible for end-to-end management and tracking of assets including computers, equipment, tools, applications, and other assets as required by the customer. Ensures proper request documentation is approved before ordering; orders and receives the items; performs log-in and recording of each item and prepares each item for delivery to the customer. Ensures required licenses are obtained, documented, and updated as needed. Ensures maintenance plans are obtained and maintained as required. Conducts periodic inventory checks as required. Follows prescribed disposal processes when assets are no longer needed.

Help Desk Specialist: Located in Alexandria, VA supporting a military affiliated client. Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required.
Serves as the focal point for customer concerns and provides support to the customer on a variety of issues. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with customers including telephone calls, email, and personal requests for support. Responsibilities include problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up steps. Documents, tracks, and monitors problem and resolution actions to ensure timely problem resolution. Makes recommendations for system modifications to reduce the number and type of customer problems.

Participates in planning for large-scale project planning. Performs system level configuration of products including both hardware and software to meet platform and application specifications.

Tracks attempts from inside or outside the network to gain unauthorized access, to impair the operational performance and capabilities of the network, or to damage or improperly alter or modify the hardware devices or applications. Utilizes software and tools to prevent or stop attacks to the network. Participates in planning for deployment of new network defense process, procedures, and tools.
Monitors information system operations to ensure ability to conduct continuous and uninterrupted network operations. Recommends information assurance and security solutions to meet support customer requirements. Performs analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures. Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions that meet security requirements. Supports the customer in the development and implementation of IA and security doctrine and policies. performs vulnerability/risk analysis of computer systems ans applications during all phases of the system development and operational life cycle. Ensures that all information systems are functional and secure. Analyzes IA related technical problems and provides engineering and technical support in resolving the problems.
